Description

Complete ETHYL ETHANOL PLANT WITH CAPACITY 75.000 l/day for sale GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE FACTORY: The plant was built in 2014 and is designed for the production of food-grade alcohol 96,3%, bioethanol, and a high protein product from distillery stillage known as DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles). The production facility is fully equipped with all necessary technological equipment at every stage of production. The plant’s capacity for alcohol/bioethanol is 7500 decaliters per day and 52 tons per day of DDGS. PRODUCTION PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGIES Detailed Description of the Ethanol Production Process: The production of alcohol/bioethanol consists of the following stages: 1. Reception and preliminary processing of raw materials (corn, sorghum, wheat) 2. Grain crushing 3. Cooking (Hydro-enzymatic processing of raw materials) 4. Periodic fermentation combined with saccharification using SSF (saccharification and fermentation) technology 5. Rectification 6. Dehydration (for bioethanol production) Age and Condition of Equipment: The equipment is 10 years old and is in satisfactory condition. Production Capacity and Current Utilization Rates: The plant’s capacity for alcohol/bioethanol is 75.000 liters per day, and the capacity for producing DDGS is 52 tons per day. OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE Efficiency of Production Processes: The production facility uses modern technology, which allows for efficient resource utilization. Quality and Consistency of Products: The quality of the final products meets European quality standards. See Appendices 8 and 9. ENERGY AND UTILITIES MANAGEMENT Energy Consumption and Efficiency Alcohol Production: – Gas: 3.1 m³/decaliter – Electricity: 3 kWh/decaliter DDGS Production: – Gas: 370 m³/ton – Electricity: 155 kWh/ton Energy Sources (Electricity, Steam, etc.): The plant is supplied by two independent electricity lines. It also has its own boiler house operating on natural gas, with a total steam capacity of 25 tons per hour. Water Usage and Management: The site has its own artesian wells and a lake with an area of 22 hectares. Waste Management and Recycling Processes: The distillery stillage is processed into DDGS feed. TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT Evaluation of Current Technologies and Their Performance: Current technologies at the ethanol plant demonstrate high efficiency and stability in producing high-quality alcohol. Modern automated systems optimize the fermentation and distillation processes, ensuring consistent productivity and minimizing raw material losses. The positive outlook includes the potential to maintain high product quality standards and meet increasing market demand. Opportunities for Technology Modernization or Improvement: Investments in new control and process management systems, along with the adoption of innovative raw material processing and purification methods, can significantly enhance production efficiency and cost effectiveness. Modernization prospects include reducing energy and material costs, increasing production volumes, and improving environmental performance. Compatibility of Current Technologies with Future Trends: Current technologies at the ethanol plant are ready for integration with new industry trends, such as digitalization, automation, and sustainable production. Modern systems allow for easy adaptation to changes in market needs and regulatory requirements.
